How do I upload my data securely?
You can upload your files to your private Soterra Drive link (we provide this after you
request a report). It supports encrypted uploads and folder-level access
control.
How long does the analysis take?
Typically 2–5 business days depending on the size and complexity of your project data.
Do you need access to my entire project?
No, only the documents you want us to analyse. You stay in full control of what is
shared.
