- You decide what you upload, and you can request deletion at any time

If your company requires it, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving any data.

How do I upload my data?
Once you request a report, we send you aprivate upload link. Your files are handled in arestricted-access workspaceand used only to produce your Insights Report.
How long does the analysis take?
Typically, 2–5 business days depending on the size and complexity of your project data.
Do you need access to my entire project?
No. You only share the documents you want analysed, you stay in full control of what’s provided.
Is Soterra suitable for my company?
Soterra is for any construction team that wants clearer insight into rework and recurring QA issues.
Will this work if our data is messy?
Yes. We work with real-world site documentation — we just need enough history to see patterns.
